On the shores of the Seto Inland Sea, facing the World Heritage island of Miyajima, Sakurao distils pure Japanese craft gin from select ingredients gathered across Hiroshima.
The distilling master draws on one hundred years of technique and know-how, choosing botanicals that yield a wide breadth of aroma: florid lemon and richly fragrant yuzu, Japanese cypress, oyster shells, and the cherry blossom, sakura, the symbol of the district where the distillery stands.
The LIMITED expression goes further still, uniting juniper berries with seventeen specially selected Hiroshima botanicals and distilling them by the traditional methods of England, the home of dry gin. These are craft gins proudly made in Hiroshima, presented from Sakurao Distillery to the world.
