Every drop is born under the watchful eye of Constantinos Raptis, the Metaxa Master. In the underground cellars of the House, fine distillates chosen for their elegance mature slowly in French Limousin oak casks before being married with the noblest, most aromatic Muscat wines. A final touch comes from a secret bouquet of infused May rose petals and Mediterranean herbs.
