Rémy Martin Cognac
Rémy Martin is a French firm that primarily produces and sells cognac (a brandy from the Cognac region of France). The brand specialises in Cognac Fine Champagne, which was originally produced by French winemaker, Rémy Martin. Founded in the early 1700s, Rémy Martin has grown to be one of the biggest Cognac houses in France. What sets it apart is its insistence on only using eaux-de-vie from grapes grown exclusively in the top two Cognac regions: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.Reserve Cellar Selection
Due to their position fully underground, certain of our cellars are the true favourites of our Cellar Masters. It is here that they have always placed their finest eaux-de-vie, those with the greatest ageing potential, that are able to benefit from the almost constant humidity and temperature. Using mostly old casks is essential to impart to the eaux-de-vie silky notes of candied fruit.Through my rigorous search in our cellars for similar eaux-de-vie, I set out to celebrate the unique aromatic style of Cellar No.28, and in doing so, crafted a truly exceptional cognac.
