DANZKA began in the 1980s, when Thomas Anton, owner of Vinhuset Norden, and his team set out to craft a perfect and pure Danish vodka, traditionally Danish in both content and design. Their vision took singular form: a vodka housed not in glass but in an aluminium bottle, created in the seamless standard of Scandinavian design and made for travelling and chilling.
Where other vodkas draw their spirit from potatoes, molasses or milling by-products, DANZKA is made solely from 100% whole grain, selected for the complete taste and aroma it lends and controlled all the way from nature to consumer.
The spirit then passes through a continuous six-column distillation, the Scandinavian style of vodka distillation, removing impurities while selectively retaining the aromas that give DANZKA its purity, smoothness and well-balanced character.
