St Remy Authentic is a French Brandy Francais, of French origin, 100% guaranteed, which means that it is elaborated from distilled wines coming from legendary vineyards of France. St Remy Authentic VSOP (Very Special Old Pale) is aged in little French Limousin oak barrels and spends another period in wooden vats. Enjoy neat, on the rocks or with your favourite mixer!
The Long Ageing
Each eau de vie St-Remy is exclusively aged in small Franch oak barrels for a smooth taste. Indeed the bouquet mellows and then the eaux de vies matures in small, antique oak barrels imparting the authentic aromas of St-Remy brandy.
As time passes, the eaux de views acquires fruit and floral accents and light spicy tones carefully mastered by Cellar Master.The Art of Blending
Blending is the final touch. The delicate and proprietary process, carried out using the Cellar Master's savoir-faire, has been a closely guarded secret for more than a century.
The cellar master creates, balances and measures out the wines eaux de vie, working her magic to blend and capture the unique flavours and smoothness.
VSOP Brandy
St-Rémy VSOP conveys the taste of small, freshly-picked red berries, while bringing out the sweet vanilla flavour of oak. It is a rounded, balanced spirit that is easy to drink. With its light and subtle nose, St-Rémy VSOP is excellent served as an aperitif or in cocktails.
